Hi There!

I’m Bailey, owner and founder of Bailey MacNamara Coaching. 

I’ve been in the Health & Wellness Industry for over 14 years and am passionate about helping moms to embrace their new bodies, revive their identities, and thrive through motherhood.

I’ve always had an interest in health and fitness. I’ve been working in the industry since graduating from Sir Sandford Fleming College for Fitness and Health Promotion in 2010 and gained most of my experience from managing a high-end gym for 6 years as well as providing health coaching and personal training.

I’ve always felt there was something missing from ‘regular’ personal training.  People would sign up for training, life would happen and they would not stick with their new health goals and repeat the vicious cycle of losing weight and then gaining it back. They would feel lost, overwhelmed, and have no idea where they were going wrong. 

I knew there had to be a missing key element, so I dedicated my life to learning about our minds, bodies and soul to create the highest level of results and transformation for my clients.

After I had my daughter I realized that it is so hard to get back to your old mind and body from before having children and I wanted to help women feel comfortable in their bodies and empowered in their new identity during motherhood. I didn’t want them to feel confused or overwhelmed on where to start, and being a mom myself who had lost touch with who she was and wasn’t sure where to begin and where her community was, I just knew I had to take a different approach to my services.

At the heart of all my offerings is a mind-body-soul transformation - for me, it’s not just about the physical transformation, it's also about changing your mindset and habits so that you can not only reach your health goals and make sure they stick, but rediscover yourself whilst prioritizing your own needs and desires.

When I'm not working you can find me diving into all things wellness. I am obsessed with working out, meditation, breathwork and yoga. I love being a student and continuously learning.

I also love to snowboard, hike and rock climb with my daughter, and when it's summer, you can find me biking through the Georgian Bay area and going on mud runs!
