I’m Bailey, owner and founder of Bailey MacNamara Coaching. 

I’ve been in the Health & Wellness Industry for over 14 years and am passionate about helping moms to embrace their new bodies, revive their identities, and thrive through motherhood.

I’ve always had an interest in health and fitness. I’ve been working in the industry since graduating from Sir Sandford Fleming College for Fitness and Health Promotion in 2010 and gained most of my experience from managing a high-end gym for 6 years as well as providing health coaching and personal training.

I’ve always felt there was something missing from ‘regular’ personal training.  People would sign up for training, life would happen and they would not stick with their new health goals and repeat the vicious cycle of losing weight and then gaining it back. They would feel lost, overwhelmed, and have no idea where they were going wrong. 

I knew there had to be a key element missing, so I dedicated my life to learning about our minds, bodies and soul overall so that I could create the highest level of results and transformation for my clients.

After I had my daughter I realized that it is so hard to get back to your old mind and body from before having children and I wanted to help women feel comfortable in their bodies and empowered in their new identity during motherhood. I didn’t want them to feel confused or overwhelmed on where to start, and being a mom myself who had lost touch with who she was and wasn’t sure where to begin and where her community was, I just knew I had to take a different approach to my services.

At the heart of all my offerings is a mind-body-soul transformation - for me, it’s not just about the physical transformation, it's also about changing your mindset and habits so that you can not only reach your health goals and make sure they stick, but rediscover yourself whilst prioritizing your own needs and desires.

Nutrition

Nutrition is the foundation of any healthy lifestyle. As it goes “You can't out-train a bad diet.” My Mindset & Movement program will focus on teaching you about whole foods diets, calorie guidelines and portion sizes. My Movement Program includes custom macros for your specific goals.

Recovery

Stress management is becoming more prevalent so it’s no wonder it’s part of my 6 pillars. The Mindset and Movement program has a large focus on different types of stress control and recovery including meditation, breathwork, journalling and so much more to keep our stress in check.

HYDRATION

Staying hydrated is the most unrated key to any healthy lifestyle. Drinking water may activate your metabolism and increase energy. My plans make it easy to add hydration as a habit to your every day by uncovering unhelpful habits and implementing supportive habits.

Movement

Movement is the main component of my program. My personalized fitness plans are easy to follow and will help you get started or refresh your current program. Just as food is medicine, I believe movement is medicine too. My programs are tailored for the individual and focus on periodization so you will be seeing consistent changes.

SLEEP

When our circadian rhythm is off it can throw everything off. This can affect our mind and body. Having proper sleeping habits is a necessity for overall health and wellness. My Mindset and Movement program will help you install proper sleep hygiene, set a personalized bedtime routine and healthy tips and tricks for getting enough sleep.

SOCIAL

It takes a village. Find your tribe. These might sound like cliches but are important in all the Blue Zones (places where they have the highest number of centenarians). Your social circle is important to your well-being. Evidence shows that there is a strong connection between a healthy body and mind and relationships. The Mindset and Movement program offers a community to meet like-minded people.
