I’m Bailey MacNamara, the founder and heart behind Bailey MacNamara Coaching.

With over 15 years in the fitness industry, I specialize in helping busy moms reclaim their strength, confidence, and identity after motherhood—because I’ve been there, and I know how tough it can be.

My passion for health and fitness started early, and after graduating from Sir Sandford Fleming College in Fitness and Health Promotion, I dove headfirst into the industry. I spent six years managing a high-end gym, gaining valuable experience in personal training and coaching. But over time, I realized something was missing in the traditional approach to fitness—people were motivated, but life kept getting in the way, and they'd fall off track.

That’s when I knew there had to be more to this journey than just workouts and meal plans. I dedicated myself to learning not only how our bodies work, but how our minds and habits shape long-term success. This led to the creation of my holistic approach—one that blends physical transformation with mindset shifts, empowering my clients to build strength, lose fat, and truly thrive.

My Why

After becoming a mom, I experienced firsthand the challenges of balancing motherhood and self-care. I know what it’s like to lose touch with who you are while trying to navigate a busy life. That’s why my coaching is designed specifically for moms, helping them not only get fit but rediscover their confidence and energy—without spending hours in the gym or following unsustainable diets.

Through my Rebuilt, Strength & Sculpt method, I guide women through a four-phase approach through my signature program: Elevate. It’s a comprehensive program that meets you where you are, building sustainable routines, increasing your strength and energy, and helping you feel like the best version of yourself.

When I’m Not Coaching


You’ll probably find me soaking in some quiet time in nature with my family. I’m a mom, wife, and entrepreneur, balancing my love for fitness with the joys of being outdoors—whether it’s hiking, snowboarding, or biking through the Georgian Bay area. I’m also a lifelong student of wellness, always learning and experimenting with new ways to live and feel better, from meditation to breathwork and everything in between.

My goal? To help you get strong, feel amazing, and thrive in every season of life.

  • Sleep

    When our circadian rhythm is out of sync, it can throw everything off balance! This disruption impacts both our mind and body, making proper sleep habits essential for overall health and wellness & as a mom I know how hard this can be. In my Elevate program, we’ll work together to establish effective sleep hygiene, create a personalized bedtime routine, and explore fun tips and tricks to help you catch those much-needed Z's.
